Javad Hatami is the CEO of Builtrix, a B2B SaaS company providing energy and sustainability intelligence for real estate assets. He leads the development of data-driven solutions that help hotel groups, real estate portfolios, and public entities monitor energy performance, reduce costs, and track decarbonization, without requiring additional hardware. Under his leadership, Builtrix supports €10 billion in asset value, monitors over 1,000 buildings and meters, tracks 1.2 million tCO₂e, and manages more than 3 million square meters across several European countries. Javad works closely with sustainability, energy, and finance leaders to connect building operations to ESG strategy and measurable climate impact.
