DIG-IN is a Portuguese startup at the convergence of food tech and data, specializing in collecting, analyzing, and activating data from the foodservice and tourism sectors. Through proprietary technology, DIG-IN maps menus, pricing, digital channels, consumption patterns, and consumer behavior in near real-time, transforming fragmented data into actionable insights.
Our products support brands, operators, tourism destinations, and public entities in strategic decision-making, offering innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency, acting as an intelligence infrastructure for the foodservice and hospitality ecosystem.

Nuno Fernandes is a Portuguese entrepreneur, CEO & Co-Founder of DIG-IN, a startup at the convergence of food tech and data, focused on transforming restaurant and consumer data into actionable insights for the HoReCa ecosystem. He has a multidisciplinary background across content, marketing, sales, product, and international expansion, with experience at companies such as IKEA, Hole19, and Zomato, where he led the evolution of the Portuguese operation into DIG-IN.
Academically, he combines training in linguistics with executive education in management, shaping a people-centric and collaborative approach to business and innovation.
