ADECI is a technology company specialising in forecasting for the restaurant sector. Through a proprietary machine learning model, ADECI helps restaurants anticipate sales, consumption per product and customer numbers with high precision. To achieve this, it combines each business’s historical data with over 150 external factors, such as weather, events, public holidays, promotions or reservations. Present in several countries and integrated with different management systems, ADECI enables improved order and team management, reduces waste and increases restaurant profitability, making a traditionally unpredictable sector more controllable and data-driven.

Telmo Taipa is the founder and CEO of ADECI, a technology company focused on making the restaurant sector predictable through artificial intelligence. With a background spanning sales, logistics and business development, Telmo gained first-hand knowledge of the operational reality of restaurants, which led to the creation of ADECI. Since 2023, he has led a team dedicated to applying machine learning to predict sales, consumption and customers, helping restaurants make more informed decisions, reduce waste and increase profitability. He is driven by a strong connection to the sector and a practical vision of technology as a tool in service of business.
